A full or partial refund will be provided at the discretion of the company in the event of delivery delays or failure to complete the order in a timely manner.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a mutually amicable manner, including the provision of a full or partial refund in the case of non-delivery. Exemptions and Exclusions

Please note that our refund policy does not apply if the customer has engaged in any activity that breaches the terms of use set out by Appatlantic. This includes running additional promotional campaigns while our products are being delivered, making alterations to their social media accounts, or attempting to use our products and services for unethical purposes. In all such instances, all outstanding monies may be withheld, and no refund will be provided.

Appatlantic is also under no obligation to provide a full or partial refund in the event of disruptions or delays that occur for reasons outside our direct control. For example, in the event of a major social media outage or an external network issue we have no control over, we reserve the right to refuse requests for refunds.

Can I Cancel My Order?

All customers have the right to cancel their orders and claim a full refund on the condition that the order has not yet been processed on our side. Once the order has been verified and the delivery process begins, there is no option for canceling your order.
